The parkline market rate residential rental building located in the prospect
park area of Brooklyn. Built on an expansive building lot that includes a large
surface parking lot, custom paved entry drive, and an outdoor park,
The Parkline also includes amenity spaces such as a chef's kitchen, a party room,
a gym, a screening room, a children's play room, a lounge, and rooftop terrace.
The building also incluides retail space on the first floor. The building is in the MTA
corridor, and Lettire paid special care in adhering to MTA influence standars.
